Susan Schwallie

Susan is a food and beverage executive with over 30 years of insights and sales experience in the CPG industry. She has a strong background in translating consumer behavior into actionable strategies for growth, as well as leading and managing high-performance teams and products. 

As the former President, Food & Beverage Consumption at Circana, she oversaw the sales and marketing of a portfolio of services that tracked the changing dynamics of how Americans eat and drink. She also co-authored several studies that illuminated the generational and macro shifts in food and cooking preferences, and spoke frequently on food and beverage trends. She is passionate about food and beverage and has a love of all things culinary which she shares as co-host, 3Squares, a podcast about food & beverage innovation and industry insight. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors at SLD Read, a nonprofit organization that provides literacy support to children and adults.
