Seattle, WA - August 6, 2015 - The Smart Kitchen Summit, the first and only connected kitchen event to tackle the technology and design convergence that's changing how we eat, buy, store and interact with our food, announces the schedule of panels, speakers and start-up "cook-off" pitch competition. The Smart Kitchen Summit will bring together start-ups, leaders and innovators for a day-long event on November 5, 2015 at Sodo Park in Seattle.
The panels, which include "The Connected Appliance Opportunity" with Jarden president Alejandro Pena and "The Subscription Kitchen" featuring Plated CEO Nick Taranto cover an broad range of topics all related to our kitchens and how technology is transforming their form and function in our lives. Panelists will touch on the home brewing revolution, food commerce, emerging kitchen technologies, smart design and reinventing the cookbook as we know it.
The event will finish with the first inaugural Smart Kitchen Startup Cook-Off, where entrepreneurs with the next great idea in the connected kitchen can pitch their concept, product and company to the leading voices in the IoT and connected kitchen hardware community.
