New Speakers Announced: Leaders From Plated, Pirch, Jarden & ChefSteps

The team at NextMarket has been working hard over the last few weeks to get the most insightful leaders shaping the future of the connected kitchen to join us in November at the Smart Kitchen Summit.  We could be more excited to announce the following additions to our already amazing lineup of speakers:

Nick Taranto, co-CEO, Plated

Plated is helping to change the way people buy food, and Nick is one of the most thought provoking speakers in the food delivery space. We think the fusion of next-generation food delivery services with connected kitchen cooking devices is one of the biggest opportunities in this space, and we can't wait to hear Nick's thoughts on what he sees coming.

Jeffrey Sears, CEO, Pirch

One of the most important aspects in the evolution of the smart connected kitchen is helping consumers better understand new technologies at the point of sale. Pirch is creating an entirely new approach to retail and so we're very excited that Jeffrey will be a part of the Smart Kitchen Summit as part of our Selling the Smart Kitchen panel.

Alejandro Pena, President, Jarden Consumer Solutions USA

Jarden Consumer Solutions has been one of the most progressive companies in the small appliance space developing smart home enabled products. Alejandro has helped lead their strategy and execution in this market and so we are very happy to have him talk at the Smart Kitchen Summit about the smart appliance revolution.

Chris Young, CEO, ChefSteps

Chris Young has been working at the cutting edges of food science for over a decade. Not only is he the founder and CEO of ChefSteps, a company pioneering new ways to teach about cooking and food with digital content, he is also co-author of the seminal six-volume guide about modern food science The Modernist Cuisine with Nathan Nathan Myhrvold and Maxime Bilet. We can't wait to hear from Chris about how he sees technology helping - and possibly hindering - the way people learn about food and the craft of cooking.

Make sure to get your tickets for the Smart Kitchen Summit before the end of July when our early bird ticket prices expire. Also, sign up for our newsletter to get updates on speakers, sponsors and also to keep up to date on the latest news in the smart kitchen.
