Director of Community and Content, Smart Kitchen Summit
Catherine Lamb has spent years as a food writer, baker, farmer, social media consultant, and marketing manager. She received a Masters in the Anthropology of Food from SOAS, University of London, where she wrote her dissertation on public perceptions of lab-grown meat. While there she discovered a passion for the burgeoning field of food technology and found her way to Seattle, where she is the Director of Community and Content for the Smart Kitchen Summit and its sister website The Spoon. She loves gardening (poorly), trying new recipes, and meeting new dogs.
